Martin Agyeman Ayitah Group Chief Executive Officer*Martin Agyeman Ayitah is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Monad-Aethons Holdings Limited, a diversified conglomerate operating across Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. Under his leadership, the Group has built a portfolio of companies spanning facilities management, technology systems, energy, construction, procurement, and vertical transport — united by a shared philosophy of bringing order, structure, and precision to complex environments.An entrepreneur with roots connecting Ghana and Sierra Leone, Martin brings a rare blend of legal, engineering, and safety expertise to the Group's leadership. He holds an LLB and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade Law from GIMPA, and has studied Energy Law at the University of Ghana, Legon. A recognised Professional Engineer, he is a Certified Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), ISO 41001-certified in facility management systems, and a certified ISO auditor.
